The US Supreme Court, by a vote of 5 to 4, said that the Clean Air Act gives the EPA the authority to regulate the emissions of carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases from cars....In other words, why isn't more being done to examine the issue and address very real and alarming concerns? -HJD, esq.
