Tragic, tragic accident in Pittsburgh.... A man who failed to properly attach a woodchipping machine to his vehicle has pled to manslaughter charges. Because of his negligence and the accident which resulted, a father and two of his three triplets are dead. How many times do you spot reckless stuff on the road and wonder why the traffic police don't pull these people over and suspend their licenses? It's absurd frankly.
