Justice may be done....Hopefully the jury's recommendation will win the day and this sick excuse for a human being will meet his maker. How can someone rape, murder and then bury alive a child? And his lawyers unwisely contended that their client was retarded in a last-ditch and transparent effort to avoid the death penalty. Criminal defense lawyers should give juries a little more credit than that.
