http://www.courttv.com/news/2007/0313/youtube_ap.htmlHere it is, the suit we've all been anticipating (which even includes google). let's face it, the youtubes and napsters of the world pose a serious threat to the sanctity of intellectual property protections some of the big players are used to having in their arsenal. In fact, I personally think that Viacom will look foolish or even draconian in their efforts to block free broadcasts. If they are truly concerned with the perception of the youth, their apparent target demographic, they need to find alternative methods of generating revenue. Illegal uses aren't going anywhere in the near future and that is what the young people want.
