Diddy's up to his old tricks. He was accused of battery on the day of the Academy Awards by a realtor at the Roosevelt Hotel. Allegedly the realtor was hit by someone (Diddy presumably) who had been talking to his girlfriend. If he beat a murder rap, this should be akin to a parking ticket the hip hop impresario.
