Welcome to the Middle Ages. A sword-wielding Wisconsin man broke into his neighbor's apartment after mistaking the sound of porn for a woman being raped. Surely his motives were altruistic but this wasn't enough to prevent charges for trespass and criminal trespass with a weapon. On a lighter note and not to diminish the severity of the rape epidemic in this country, this must have been a somewhat bizarre scene. I can picture it now. The accused using the porn to exculpate himself from the allegations (at sword-point).
