Famous TV bounty hunter, Duane "Dog" Chapman may soon be extradited to face charges in Mexico, for the detention of the Max Factor heir (a convicted rapist)....What a joke. Luster, the heir, was eventually sentenced by a US court to over 100 years and the person who brought him to justice is facing potential jail time. This case is starting to sound a lot like the one Lou Dobbs has been focused on concerning the border guards wrongfully convicted for attempted murder for their roles in attempting to stop a notorious drug smuggler at the border.
