I find it amazing that armed shoppers are permitted to wander the corridors of America's malls. There's nowhere to run in these places and the developers, or whoever's responsible for ensuring the safety of the public, have security...With all due respect though, these aren't the most intimidating police-types. Clearly there should be liability for the developers/management companies if they elect to cheap out and leave innocent US shoppers exposed to the psychopathic conduct of teens imitating their favorite movie scenes. Somebody should pay dearly for this - the family members left behind shouldn't have to worry about fighting for a pittance from the murderer's estate (he was killed by police).
