It barely took any time for the water contest gone awry in Sacramento to develop into litigation....The station, DJ's and any other employee related to the stunt were named and punitives are being demanded. According to the lawsuit, no waiver was even signed by the deceased, which contradicts a joke one of the DJ's made during the stunt. Horrible story....She leaves behind a husband and 3 children including an 11 month old. This station/holding company should certainly brace itself a big financial hit, one that far exceeds the value of the PR it achieved on that one day. harper dimmerman esq.
