This is a wacky one alright. Apparently a teacher in Virginia was fired because of a moonlighting gig in which he created art a bit too creatively...First Amendment issues abound, which should make for what will likely become a case of first impression. Should he be allowed to paint with his ass if he's so inclined? I think so.
